I am able to play war zone and Arena, but it says I have 3 packs I can open, but in game I can’t open them because the game cannot retrieve data. it also does not show pictures when customizing armour, cannot see any emblems, stances, or assassinations i’ve unlocked, when in game I can’t access any req’'s I’ve unlocked so I’m locked in with playing the entire round with just the base AR and Magnum. also forge fails to load. I have tried resetting the game, hard reset my xbox, multiple times to no avail.

No error messages? Rank and emblem are correct? Then
Go to the req store, are the packets there? Yes? You are good to go.
No, then go to options menu, under customization are the armors showing? If no, quit out of the game and start over.
If yes, go back to the req store, if the reqs are not there go back to the main menu and try again in a few minutes. The reqs have been taking several minutes to load.
