I activated the Envy skull on Delta Halo (Halo2 anniv.) and it was still hard enough loll anyways I have the completion thing legendary and all but didnt get the achievement … Should I re do it or it will pop up tommorow …?
The only non scoring skulls that disable achievements are Envy, Scarab and Bandana as they are considered cheat skulls, but you can still obtain terminal and skull achievements with them active.
Any and all skulls that have a 0.00x scoring multiplier disables achievements.

It pops up with a notification when you enable the skull in the lobby.
Non-scoring skulls only disable scores, time and level completion achievements. Things like skulls, terminals, Easter eggs, other level specific achievements are still obtainable.

This is true I got the “return of Megg” achievement with the scarab skull on.

I don’t thinks that’s entirely true, at least in CEA. I’ve been playing through on legendary with grunt birthday and which ever one makes explosions bigger, both of which give you x0.00, and have still been getting level completion achievements.

Both if them (grunt b-day for sure) add no score but dont take away thus are 1x skulls. Only bandana, envy and scarab are 0x
I had the terminal achievement with Envy on but really had to Redo the mission to get Halo Delta achievement 
and it didnt pop any message in the lobby for me:o still thanks guys:p
So I just wasted a day and a few hours trying to complete the Halo CE campaign on legendary with the bandana skull on and it gives me nothing wtf. This is mess up
