Anytime I melee a Spartan after an AR battle I get killed, even if I engage first. And now longer seems that both can die at the same time with melee. I just stopped and used my secondary. Just seems hard to dispatch an enemy with melee now.
There’s a really vicious melee animation cancel (bug?) right now. You might have gotten killed in melee because they knew how to do it and were using it against you.

I don’t know if it’s a bug, but the melee feels strange, I understand that you need to recharge the skill, but sometimes I give two hits and the opponent doesn’t die, as if it had no effect. But the next game it works without problems.
Sometimes I just do not get lunge when I am supposed to, or I straight up hear me melee them and they don’t take any damage, or i clearly melee them and then they are able to melee me after then we both die. It’s pretty annoying

at times it honestly feels like the game has no lunge for melee at all tbh… it’s incredibly easy to whiff it and I cannot tell you how many times it has happened to me.
A lot of players have already learned the melee cancel animation/bug, so there’s a chance you’re getting killed with two melee hits in the same time you’re only landing one. It gets kinda annoying, not gonna lie. Although, it does throw me off not getting a hitmarker when landing a melee, it’s kinda strange.
The Melee bug is still there so melee might feel a little off
Some people who melee me lunge right through me, so my own melee punches air.
