Just wondering, does Marty and Bungie own the Halo theme score ? By that I mean the one that always came on during epic fights and essentially made Halo.
Can 343 use it or is it Copyrighted?
Microsoft owns everything Halo so I am sure if they wanted to use the Halo theme the could.
Pretty sure they do own it as they use it in many video on waypoint and such. Plus last I check it was Microsoft who enforce the Halo music copyright and allowed machinima people to use it.
Generally whenever a person makes something under a company, they’ve signed a form giving away everything they make to the company.
