If everyone is killed in all of the rounds does it count as a win?

Good question I believe its a majority win-

Win Win Lose Win= Win
Lose Lose Lose Win = Win

Something liek that, just hope you don’t become a human, they almost always lose.

Nope! Wins are counted by the actual game itself, not rounds. So whoever tops the leaderboard when the actual game (not the round) is over gets the win.

As far as Bnet counted them, if you finish in the top 50% once the entire game is finished, its counted as a win. I have not checked if that has changed as far as Waypoint stats are concerned, but I assume it remains about the same.
