Does Listening to Music Make You Play Better?

I know this is a wierd/unusual question, but sometimes I play Halo 4 Matchmaking with some tracks from Odonnel (spelled it wrong I know). It sometimes get the blood pumping and I noticed sometimes I do some pretty dope plays to some exhillerating multikills while near death. That might be me, but could it be possible? I noticed listening to slow, soft, downbeat songs kinda takes me out of the game and doesn’t make me concentrate.

Believe it or not, sometimes I pop in some Pokemon music, its pretty motivational if you ask me. i noticed it does change my playstyle. What do you guys think about music effecting your playstyle?

Honestly it distracts me lol I find myself playing better in complete silence and a clear mind

It depends on the songs. I noticed I play ODST firefight a lot better when listening to old 80’s disco. (Strange, I know)

I play better when i listen to music while in FFA playlists.

I just replace my Tritton 7.1 Warhead Surround Sound Headset with my Beats Pro headsets for music.

I acturally find that podcasts make me play better.

I cant remember a time I wasnt doing amazing while listening to music.

Yes, yes I do.
As a matter of fact I improve with virtually anything I’m doing while music is playing, I always have.

Not better than a gaming headset with surround sound would make you play.
