it’s good, but I think it is really linear and boring. it’s not a bad game but it is definitely better releases

I don’t believe it had the best campaign (that spot is reserved for Halo 2’s), but I think it comes in equal second with Halo Reach’s campaign.

The first half of the game is really good, but after the Library it becomes boring for me mainly due to the recycled maps.
I never found the campaign exciting, but at the time it was revolutionary.
It was incredibly novel, and I hold much nostalgia with it, but ODST is still my favorite campaign experience by itself.
It definitely has a strong campaign but in my opinion it’s not the best. I really really enjoyed Halo 3’s campaign.
Odst is definitely my favorite, i love ambushing patrols in the streets of new mombasa. That said ce was a groundbreaking top tier console shooter in its time and was built well enough to still hold up as good to this day. Just did a legendary run with my buddy a few weeks back, bout due for my sledgendary run here soon.

I’d say it has a really good one. It got most people hooked on the Lore so you can’t go wrong there lol
It is great, and I think its probably the best overall. H2 has the better story, and H3 is the best in terms of the combination, but CE is just so damn fun and awe-inspiring. IMO

Yes. It has by the best campaign of all Halos and one of the best campaigns of all video games of all time. It’s nothing but a timeless beauty, and will still be better than any other FPS’s campaign within the next decades to come. Last but not least, HCE is infinitely more sophisticated, clever, smart, exciting, unique, replayable than anything 343i has ever touched: H4, H5G, and HI combined. Plus any other Halo in the future.
Second best campaign is H2-3 (I regard them as one campaign), then ODST, Reach, 4, 5, 6 … it only gets worse since 2001.
On every playthrough I always get lost lol. The gameplay itself is pretty fun
I love the campaign for CE! Other than the awesomeness of the story and game, I tend to love hearing grunts and elites talking and chatter. Wort wort wort!

Yeah, Halo 5, Spartan Assault/Strike are easily the worst of the franchise. But I still play the -Yoink- out of them, I’m just happy Halo is as big as it is and can provide me with literal hours and hours and days and weeks and months and years of fun and memories! <3
