I am certain this has been addressed before, but I want to know if it is going to be fixed!

Why do randoms get matched against full squads.
This flat out is ridiculous… groups of four should only match groups of 3 or 4 -
Randoms are always worse than me, but in my same bracket.
When I play alone, I cannot seem to get randoms that have the same KDA as me. I find myself carrying people all of the time, and still being stuck in a bracket with people who are definitely worse than I am overall (I loose frequently in diamond lists due to me having just poor teammates). I would like to see a ranking system with a more dynamic matching system. -
Not having search preferences!
I’d like to have teammates with mics that speak my language. (Halo 3 had a nice fix for this) -
Party up and post-game lobby.
Why was this system ever removed…
