Sorry man no splitscreen but you can co-op via Xbox Live.

There is co-op in campaign, yes, but no split-screen. All co-op has to be played online.

If you have 2 xbox one, 2 games, xbox live and 2 TVs that you fix one on another, you might get some sort of split screen experience.

If you are looking for another Halo game for Xbox one with co op spilt screen you can try Halo Reach. It’s backwards compatible now.

Yeah but is not split screen and must be played over Xbox Live.

Yes, it’s a lot of fun.

Honestly though, get it for 360, you can play classic firefight there.

Since you are obviously new to the franchise, every Halo game has splitscreen (save Halo 5 and the Spartan assault/Halo wars games). Quick side note, Halo 5 does not feature LAN support and Splitscreen is also absent form the multiplayer.

If halo 5 abandons every thing halo 1,2,3 and a little in 4 did with co op campaign like I do with my dad but the problem is that there are less covenant in halo 4 and he hates the Promethean and the nights were hard and over powered and please don’t bring them back ever

I hate that you need to have Xbox live or system link to hook up with each other it’s not cool 343 put back split screen campaign like 1,2,3,and 4 its insane to abandon SPLIT SCREEN!!! just put it back in halo 6 and add stuff like the falcon from halo reach or the hornet in halo 3 or the specture from halo 1 go retro with the tings from all of the halo games combine halo wars 1 and 2 like the banished and the covenant and and the prometheans three facktions fighting you and each other and bring back carictors with quotable 1 liners just come on 343
