Does generiac upgrades affect ultimate units?

E.g. does UNSC air upgrades affect Condors and Retriever Sentinels? And Convi vehicle upgrades on Scarabs?
And what about units built from HQ? Like Marines, Grunts, Jackrabbits, Choppers, Ghosts and Protector Sentinels?

Good question, I would love to know as well.

I would expect not, as they are a separate class of units - leader power/super units or whatever, which when applicable, have their own upgrading done from the leader power radial menu.

But this is pure speculation on my part.

Super Units do not (it’s in the guide). It also doesn’t effect Decimus or the Retriever Sentinel.

Seeing your quote I read this again and need to correct my post - I was only referring to the Super and Ultimate units I saw in the title. The standard units from the HQ he mentioned do get the upgrades.

Sentinels can’t get Veterancy though.

Means that Decimus and Anders Ultra guardian get more health and damage when I Research infantry or air stuff?

No, they are the Ultimate Units (Supers called down by Leader powers rather than built from Armory) . The four units that do not get the upgrades are the Scarab, Condor, Decimus and Retriever Sentinel (Anders’ Guardin).

What I was correcting is that in the OP he also mentioned HQ units like Marines, Grunts, etc. and those do benefit as you’d expect. As do Hero units like the Spartans, Warlord, etc.
