Does Dexterity help with over heating weapons

ok, Dexterity makes your reload time faster, but does it also make your cooling faster on heating weapons?

I assume so. Havnt really tried.

I just tried it since I was curious as well, and yes it does make cooldowns on the Storm Rifle and the Plasma Pistol faster.
