I know bloom isn’t on many weapons now, but it is on a few. In Reach, if you crouched, your accuracy would be a bit better. For example, in TU if you crouched with the DMR the bloom reset before you shot again. Stuff like that.
Does crouching still help in Halo 4?
Probably, considering it’s been that way for every other Halo bar CE (I think).
What I want to know is if the Sensor Package lets you detect people who are crouch-walking on radar. Because it’ll suck if it does.
No OP. Crouching will not help you this time around. It worked with Bloom because of the mechanism setup, but here? There’s no need to beyond avoiding radar detection.

pretty sure it only helped accuracy in reach by resetting bloom faster. halo 2 BR was hitscan and halo 3 had spread inside the BR reticule.
Yeah, crouching never helped in any game outside of Reach. It helped bloom, and Reach is the only game that had Bloom.
