Does creating a new profile beat a ban?

Not asking for myself. I was in a swat match and dude on the other team was unranked and had 29 kills / 13 deaths. Usually when I see that it tends to be an unranked onyx or platinum player taking advantage of the rank reset to boost his KDA by playing people less skilled for easy kills.

But apparently this was his very first match ever. Which honestly I find hard to believe, but I suppose is possible. Made me wonder though, is it possible to just create a new Xbox Live profile to get around a ban?

Ban related traffic goes in the ban thread. There are sock/smurf accounts which may explain what you saw, or someone who doesn’t play much had a good game or is good. Don’t give people ideas about how to negate bans, please.

Actually if the quitters, afkers, and griefers took your advice I think I’d be okay with that.
