Does Complex have vehicles or not?

It looks like a map that would have vehicles (pretty big, tire tracks on the ground), but the gameplay I’ve seen so far didn’t show any. Is there any info on this? Thanks!

EDIT: also, does anyone know if you can ‘vent’ the Storm Rifle like Reach’s Plasma Repeater?
