Does Buck seem worse than the other Spartan IV's?

I know he’s 48 during the event’s of Halo 5 but he seems a lot slower, less agile than the other Spartans. It looks like he runs slower, when he jumps he kind of stumbles a bit and he struggles to keep up with the rest of Osiris.

Is this done on purpose or am I missing something about him?

He seems fine to me.

They let him be a Spartan at the age of 48?

To me Vale seemed worse than the others. I gave up bothering to review her as she died so often.

I don’t mean in gameplay.

He was also the one who was about to die from the lava until Locke saved him. Good eye my friend.

Locke: Alright people, performance reviews are wrapped, let’-Yoink!- the field.

Vale: I didn’t receive a review, sir.

Locke:… Our next mission is -

Vale: Sir?

Locke: OUR NEXT mission is…

I think it is just because he is at the back so when he is running the platform is already starting to move and fall, whereas the others are on the platform when its stationery. Besides that forwards roll he did was quite athletic.

On Legendary difficulty they all seem the same to me my friend.

I am not talking about gameplay.

Then what are you talking about?

He is the rifleman/tank

He is what Jorge was in Noble team

maybe its from his years in ODST so maybe he has broken down from his years.

He’s a grizzled ODST, but he still manages to make out in most of firefights. Vale on the other hand…

I can see what you’re saying here because even Buck acknowledges that he’s old… but his witty banter makes up for his slow reflexes.

weird I found Vale was usually the last to die.

He may not be the best spartan, but he is the most likable one out of Osiris.
