Ooh, yes, I made a Super Mario themed Duck Run. It has the green pipes, the little orange boxes that you smash with your head, lava (well fire) and it even has a flag at the end. Just add me as a friend, the map is in my bookmarks.

P.S. When you play it, set infinite ammo on.

I remade Boardwalk, it doesn’t have the underground area but it’s still cool, feel free to check it out:p
