Does anyone use stickies?

Every time I’ve tried to use plasma nades so far, every one just thrusters away from them… I used to get sticks every now and then, but I find it incredibly hard to get a kill with them in any way now

I’ve found they aren’t worth using right now, they have poor explosive radius and their magnetism to assist sticks like in Halo: Reach has been toned down by a lot.

I’ve gotten a few sticks but it is more challenging for sure. I often find that frag grenades send my stickies off the beaten path when they detonate. That or even a ground pound in some lobbies… It’s kind of fun seeing them launch in a different direction even if it does make using them harder.

Grenades definitely need to be improved, they feel very underpowered, and considering they’ve friendly fire off (why 313i? Why?) they’re not a threat to team mates so there’s no reason they should be so weak…

These two things are my biggest gripes with the beta.

The only use i get out of the stickies are making the power weapon like sniper and sword fly at me or off the map to change the power balance.

Grenades do a small amount of friendly fire. A very minute amount.

Plasmas should be buffed. I have a hard time finding them too.

How to buff…

How about a faster travel time?

I’ve gotten quite a few sticks with them, mainly in cqc though where I run up, throw and bail out. I’ve also gotten a few people when trying to launch a weapon.

I’ve been stuck twice, but no. I have not yet really tried using them myself. I’ve always preferred frags though. To me, stickies are for putting on someone’s head as they rush you with the sword and it’s clear you won’t be able to shoot them in time. Problem is having the awareness to switch to stickies in time.

I would if I ever had any.
