No, I’d rather go down a slide made of sandpaper than play the multiplayer in that game, the campaign, sometimes (this should be in the Halo 3 forum)

He likely already has the DLC and just traded the game in at some point.
Anyway, I’ll still go back and play it here and there. I was definitely a fan when it was out. But in all honest there are a lot of reasons why post weapon tuning Halo 4 is better.

The big hook for Halo 1 was that it proved that console shooters could hold their own against PC shooters. Or “re-proved”, considering Perfect Dark had already demonstrated this, but only for the subset of gamers who had an N64, which is not the subset of gamers who was playing shooters on the PC. Halo laid the ground work for the the genre to thrive on console systems, at the other end of gamepads, on big screens television and home theater audio systems. Bungie showed everyone how it could be done: solid graphics and sound, liberal use of autoaim, carefully laid out battles that didn’t involve too much 180 degree turning, not too many weapon choices, and enough personality to give it some kick.

Interesting how it says h3 makes no attempt to catch people up on the story, because for fans like myself, who didn’t read all the books and such, had a harder time getting a feel for the story. The campaign did a very poor job at keeping the interest of those people. The only part that is really memorable and/or touching is the ending. So, no I’m sorry but I’ll take H3, campaign, MM, w.e over H4.

Yes. Why you posted this here I have no clue, but yes.
I’ll probably always enjoy it more than Reach and 4.
