Does anyone with the 65 inch version find that they have to tilt their head up a bit to see it better? When playing games. I have the 55 inch Hisense H9G and it has a manufacturer defect, a uneven bezel line popping out a bit at the top left. I am considering returning it to get the 65 inch version. I like to sit close when I am playing games, my eyes are around 2.7-3 feet away from the screen playing Halo 5 on Xbox One X or playing Planetside 2 on PC. It is barely even with my eyes in terms of height, I think I would need to tilt my head up more if I had the 65 inch version. 65 inches looks a lot bigger than 55 inches. For me not to tilt my head up, I think I would need a higher couch, possibly putting a large piece of wood under the couch to make it gain some inches or get a smaller table in terms of height.
Dope that you have a huge flatscreen to play on… your eyes are gonna hate you in twenty years for sitting that close to the TV though. Sounds like the solution to your problem is to… back up?
Yeah I really don’t see any reason to sit that close to a tv and kill your eyes in time, sitting further back like the other guy said is a perfect suggestion and fix to where you wont have to tilt your head up.
I’d break that habit now before you do damage to your eyes for real.
I’m also curious why people have to get such larger TV’s, mine’s like a 44 inch, I don’t need a tv taking up half a wall all by itself lol .
Damn dude I’d have neck problems if I was you haha. I have a 32inch monitor and I sit like 3 feet away from it, I don’t even know how you can keep track of everything going on in the game on a screen that big and sitting so close. If it were me I’d sit back at least 6 ft probably. Also isn’t the response time on a TV like that not that great? If I were you I’d invest in a low ms monitor, it makes a world of difference.

I believe I have a 44 inch too, I sit about 3ft way from it. My main problem is that I don’t blink lol
If you play casually then a big screen is perfect. Looking up has always been a nono for me, I advise you to find a way to be able to see the entire screen without having to move your head anywhere. Back when I played on a 55" I would sit 6-8 feet away.
Seems like you’re putting yourself at a disadvantage by sitting so close to the TV by introducing real life lag, ie, having to move your head to track the whole screen.
I got a Hisense H9G 55 inch and returned it to get the 65 inch model. I then returned the 65 inch, will buy the 55 inch model again.
65 inches is too big for 4k, the pixel density is horrible, I noticed jaggy edges and it was more pixelated than the 55 inch. This issue can be fixed with advanced graphics tweaking options but as you know console games don’t have that, only PC games do.
I have my Xbox set up in my office on a 22" monitor, I usually sit about 3’ away from that. When I’‘m set up on a 55" or larger, I usually sit about 6’ back.
I have two screens I play on. I usually sit/slouch/lay on my 50inch at around 6 foot away. Or. About 2 short feet away from my 22 inch screen.
Trying to play multiplayer on my big screen is like trying to get my key in the door after a couple of cool beers! Unless I use the finger method, but that only works on the door!
I can’t get to close I can barely see the whole tv if I get to close, I own a 70 inch tv and it’s by far some of the brightest -Yoink- every during the middle of the night.
It sounds like, someone said above aswell I saw, that you are creating irl lag by having to move your head. I also use a 55" and I sit around 8 - 10 feet away and sometimes I feel like that is to close.
