I can’t not load slayer on halo 5 guardians, it has only worked for 2 days out of this month, I have good Internet connection, talked to micro soft several times, and have gotten a new xbox. Some one please help me.I also can not load free for all most of the time. The rest of the multi player games work just fine.
Hi bud, I’m no expert but check your connection in Xbox settings, make sure the “nat” is set to “open” - you may need to play with your router for this if not.
Also so try changing the halo 5 search preference from “balanced” to “expanded” & see if that helps.
might even be just random server bugs or something - I find it nearly impossible to get a game on warzone assault unless I set the search to expanded.
Also team arena has been a bit bad for me the last week or so, had done 9 matches of 10 to place but the servers wouldn’t work so gave up & tried a few days later.

The only other thing to add would be to use a hard line to your router. Wifi just doesn’t cut it.

Thank you yes my nat I’d open and I have had the setting on expanded also I am hard wired in.I’m starting think it was the update they did hopefully they fix it soon.
