Use the Xbox One Store, and go to the “Redeem your code” option. Worked for me when I got the Elite Officer armor. Hope it helps!
EDIT: Make sure to use the 25-digit option, not the Kinect.

I know everyone don’t like dead topics revived but its possible. I did it in 2019, still works if you still have your 360. I still kept mine and I do own an Xbox One…
