I made a thread that has been locked to the forum that has all the information on how to get all the extra armors.

you cant unlock the attachments right now due to a bug on xbox one and xbox 360.
Assuming the big was fixed, you’d be able to complete the campaign on legendary difficulty and then you can get it from waypoint. But because of a silly bug you are unable to save campaign progress at the time being. But once it gets fixed (if it gets fixed) go ahead and test your metal on legendary to get it!
