Does anyone know how to put armour skins on

I have to the prime armour skin and iv downloaded it but i dunno who to put it on. Does anyone else know how to or having the same problem?

Its recruit armor only. It says Recruit prime

The armour skin is going to be for a specific armour set that should have come with it. For example my brother got Gungnir PULS, which is the pulse armour skin. All you should need to do is go to Spartan Hub, change armour, and then pick ____ PRIM or something similar to that.

The 4 capital letters after the name of the armour is the skin.
