You can try tweeting to @HaloWaypoint. or @bsangel, @frankieoconnor, @davidellis. They all work for 343 and should be able to answer any questions you may have.

I want to add that Frankie’s twitter account is not @frankieoconner. It’s @franklez. But he doesn’t tweet anyway.
