I have no idea how to beat the two Wardens in Round 3. My REQ level doesn’t seem to be high enough to have the ordinance necessary to take them out. Any ideas?

So just getting lucky then. Got it.

You think coordination and luck are the same thing, that’s why you fail, i haven’t lost a match of FF because of coordination with my team.
Never play with randoms. They never spawn in reqs and have zero coordination. Play with a group with a lot of reqs and good coordination that’s the only way to win
You need some strong reqs for that fight.
I used a Scorpion tank to kill both Wardens. ( I killed one of them in the very last second of the round, felt great! )
My team distracted both of the Wardens for me so they wouldn’t focus fire on my tank and EMP the hell out of me.
One minor difficulty though, it can be pretty hard for some players to get to req level 6 by round 3.
Massing multiple normal scorpions is sufficient. But there is indeed a problem if fellow teammates are reluctant to spawn in their own vehicles to assist.
Seems like an odd trend or perhaps it’s just me…but in the Beta all the randoms I’ve played with were freely contributing their scorpions and wraiths to the fight. Yet so far after playing for quite a few hours it seems like nearly every random I’ve played with doesn’t want to commit even a warthog to the fight at any point. It’s a tad bit frustrating. Particularly when no mics are used.
I guess my problem is I’m just not good enough at the game to get to REQ level 6 by Round 3, which is a bummer. I’m also a staunch solo player (Yep, I’ve played every single game to date with randoms) which apparently also puts me not a disadvantage, but an impossible situation. Oh well. I got my fingers crossed for the easier Round 3 objectives!
If you can, try getting behind the Warden and blasting his back core. This’ll stun him faster and might give your teammates a better and longer window to shoot heavy vehicle rounds unimpeded by the emp blasts.
At req level 3 spawn a plasma caster or a splinter turret.
Oni chaingun hogs and any incineration cannons dropped by knights. Go for the weakspot and when his health is low, go in for the assassination. It can be done if you make a group effort.
I know you made it clear you’re a lone wolf (I am too, for the most part), but feel free to add me as a friend and we’ll kick some Warden -Yoink- together.
I’d even be happy to donate a few Scorpions your way.

Spawn a hammer and attack the core on his back, or plasma caster on his back, basically anything on the back.
OP, if you want a group to play with, message me. The company I’m in is currently playing firefight every night.

Plasma Casters are REQ level 4, and a couple of people using those up in that tight room can lay waste to the Wardens pretty fast.
warthogs and ghost ultra… but the thing is ur team has to spawn reqs and stop being cheapasses
If you’re talking about the beach warden fight on round 3 that one is extremely hard even with a coordinated team. I fell like this fight was designed for the wasp since its a level 3 (maybe 4) req and your entire team is either level 3 or 4. Which leaves me to say i have never seen this battle won without at least 2 wasp and some solid ground fire.

I know that teamwork is the name of the game, but if we’re going to be realistic about this, most people have little to no interest in that level of communication. 343 should have thought about that before halo 5 came out.
