Nobody buys DLC because it is expensive and the maps are rarely played.

Pretty much the issue, coupled with the unfortunate fact that many gamers have at least 3 games they play and pay for, like COD, Halo, and idk Minecraft. Things weren’t all simple like in Halo 3
