Maybe I’m just a bit butt hurt, but I feel like the DMR’s infinite range and 5sk just seems a tad too much. And bear in mind, I say this in a way that it’s not over bearing, but could use some tweaking.
Yeah, I use it on specific maps. Mostly larger maps like Vortex, Longbow, Complex, etc. And the smaller to medium maps I use the Battle Rifle. Sometimes you can get the first shot off with a BR and still get outgunned by a DMR. I think that either the DMR should be slightly nerfed or buff the BR and Light Rifle.
The Light Rifle feels the weakest of the primary weapons, though I still have yet to use the Carbine.
It does have a slight advantage over the BR, the light rifle has nothing on it at all
Yeah it has no weakness. AR is effective to medium range but can engage targets at longer ranges now. BR has recoil and works best in mid. dmr works best in everything with its ammo count the only problem
I don’t think so people keep saying it is but I don’t see how or exprienced the DMR being OP. idk maybe I’m just awesome or the DMR users I’ve encountered are just terrible. I find the DMR terrible at short range, when I have it I switch to the pistol at short ranges

And for the love of god DO NOT nerf the DMR because the BR/Carbine/LR aren’t good enough. Buff the other weapons…
DMR isn’t OP, if its acting that way then other weapons are UP.
