Does anyone else barely remember the campaign?

CE came out when I was 8, and I played through the campaign when I was 11. The only thing I remember was getting the chills when I heard the main menu music, and having to replay the last mission over 100 times, because I sucked. I also remember my neighbor (who was older then me) destroying me in multiplayer.

But, I don’t remember much else…so this is basically a new game for me, and I’m not watching any of the videos that expose to much of the gameplay so it stays fresh.

Anyone else like this?

I was six when I played halo 2 two years later got HCE then went on from there now Im 14

I play through Halo: CE at least once every 2 months. Usually over a weekned. I love this game! Can’t wait for November 15th!

I often play the great Halo1 campaign and still prefer it over the sequels- great though they all are. There is something very different about the first amazing game that wasn’t again repeated

With all the criticism at the moment flying around here, i bet 343 are rather hoping we haven’t remembered it all that well. Wouldn’t like to be 343 if they do royally muck this up- some would say they already have. Some things you have to just accept like swapping in a new Cortana or even the horribly squat Elite models, but there are also issues of graphic errors in scenery-classic mode- and new shotgun gun model. Who knows what else has been mucked up

I remember it all to well even though I never play it as much as I like want to.

I’ve played through the game quite recently, and have played it to the death. I’m still very excited for Anniversary, though.

I remember it for the most part but haven’t played it in a very long while. I hope when I do play it all the memories will come rushing back. I hope it is like the first time I played it. I am really looking forward to it.

I haven’t played CE since Anniversary was announced. I want my first playthrough to be as fresh as possible.

!!SPOILER ALERT!!

Halo 1 ends with Master Cheif and batman fighting the terminators and pokemans for booze and gets save by the daffadel unicorns as the fly off into the stars. The end
