Basically what the title says because I am currently going on a losing streak and my W/L ratio is now 53%.
I used to obsess about it, but going on a hiatus has helped me relax about it.
I still try compulsively to keep it over 50%
Statistically it will remain around 50%. The game is designed to keep it around 50%. So no, I don’t monitor it.
honestly i dont stress too much as i always tend to go in solo anyway. i prefer to try to get a positive kd, and as im getting bette with the pistol lately its helping.
I could care less about it. It’s nice to be positive with W/L, but your team can’t win every time (especially if you play without an organized team).
K/D is a bit more of a priority to me, but even if that went negative, I don’t think it’d bug me too much.
I dont think ive ever cared for my K.D. or my W/L ratio. Still rage at the game all the time tho…
As long as I do well in a round, I could care less about the W/L ratio.
I got reamed pretty bad at the launch in Warzone. So many losses… for example I hit double digit losses before even getting to 5 victories.
So… yeah, had to give up on being some Victory Only Spartan. I’ll take what I can get at this point.
I only care about my CSR personally.
I care lol
Nope… because I played a ton of FFA so my win loss ratio is trashed.
Only way to get a W/L way above 50% is play with a mic’d up team and destroy randoms. Playing as a random with randoms you’re stuck with around 50%
As I’m generally a solo player I don’t mind my w/l ratio, whenever I manage to get team with a good set of players and we are occasionally playing together I will care because the w/l ratio will display our effectiveness as a team.
As now, as a solo player I do care about winning but I’m more worried about my personal performance.
Nope, don’t care much about W/L ratio… I’ve been playing too much infection, so my ratio has dropped below 50%
I play casual and for fun so I really dont care but you know "you can settle for less but why if you can get more"
As long as your enjoying playing the game it shouldn’t matter. Trying to keep that at a high level could potentially ruin your fun! Though it is nice to have good stats to look at lol.

And yet you will be a much better player for it!
By the sound of the replies, Halo players still don’t obsess over K/D and W/L ratio. It seems that’s a big difference between us and CoD players, and it’s a good one.
The important thing is to have fun

"Halo players still don’t obsess over K/D and W/L ratio. It seems that’s a big difference between us and CoD players, and it’s a good one." <= This. well spoken.
True. Halo has always been a recreational game which people enjoyed playing. Even though 343 emphasis on competitive gaming, I still play casual and for fun because at the end of day, games are meant for fun and recreation.
I honestly have never cared much about wins / losses or stats in general. Back in the Halo 3 days I worked my butt off to get a 50 in Team Slayer but I was younger then.
