In my opinion it would be excellent to play with the elites and see as in Halo Reach the elite armors.
And what you think about a comparisson with the smart-link in halo 5 vs the samrt-link in halo inifinte? Honestly I prefer halo 5 in this observation. it was special that any weapon has an unique smart-link.

Classic Halo had smart-link. H5G had smart-scope. It’s an entirely different technology built around the same software.

As for playable Elites, that has been requested since Halo 4. 343 don’t care about them and I seriously doubt they’ll be in Infinite, even as seasonal content.
