Horizontal mostly but I found myself not being able to look quick enough and so I turned it to 10 and it was still so slow
I found this to be an issue as well. Modified my deadzones too, still felt sluggish. Then i realized that the game was capped at 30fps on Xbox One… That explained alot.

I’m on the x and it still feels slow
Thought sensitivity felt perfect at default.
master Chief doesn’t use sensitivity. HE IS SENSITIVITY
but all seriousness sensitivity is fine I don’t see the issue

Framerate isn’t the issue, it still felt sluggish to me at 60fps on Series X. No amount of tinkering the settings helped, it’s so borked.
The sensitivity felt fine to me on pc.

Really? Well damn! Maybe some sort of server issue then? Im not reading into it too much, as it is just a preflight/beta, holding out that it is fixed and runs seamless and buttery smooth when it ships.

It’s been investigated by smarter people than me and found that the aiming in the game is inherently flawed, either by design or a bug. Like adjusting the deadzones has very little effect and the lowest setting is not actually the lowest.
Lots of stuff didn’t work in the flight, so not surprised. I thought the sensitivity was fine for the most part.

the one X or series X?
I was on the series x and compared to other fps shooters the max settings at 10 was about as fast as a 5 on other games
