Does anyone even remember that guy? I never liked him, actually I would even say he was extraneous to the story. I am really happy he wasn’t in Halo 5, Cortana was the logical choice for villain this game.
…hahahaha
HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA!!! starts sobbing
Didact from Halo 4?, yeas I remember him. He is alive in Halo Escalation comics but something happened to him, he might return in future Halo games.

Man I really hope he doesn’t, Cortana has way more motivations to go against Green Robocop and the rest of Purple Team.
Sarcasm to the max, here.

He would return as a knight of all things.
I’m offended that you called him evil. He is NOT EVIL. When he composed millions at New Phoenix he was just doing something we disagree with, and had the power to make it happen.
… Sorry, couldn’t resist.

You are right. He even had Subtlety and Nuance!
He fired Subtlety at Ivanoff Station, and Nuance at New Phoenix.

If 343 Industries was the crew of their own spaceship, that spaceship would have to be called Subtlety and Nuance. It would necessarily possess only MACs and cleansing beams. And maybe a Composer on the nose.

The ship would be shaped like the glorious Seeker- Intrepid.
Every time they would try and make a slipspace jump, they would travel forward 100 light years but back 200.
Their Spartan armour would just be undersuits, and they would be as colorful as a rainbow.
Yes, a fine ship it is indeed.

Lol. I love comments like this simply for how obvious they make 343i’s stupidity in regards to this “created” nonsense.
…though even sadder still is there are people who have actually bought into 343i’s tripe about how murdering people for literally no reason (plus lying, abuse, totalitarianism, and slavery) “might be right” so long as you just say you did it “for the greater good”. -_-’

Its an extremely one sided thought process which goes down to Ideals (which you just showed in your comment). It very well may be right in their minds which is fine even though we don’t agree with it. So I fail to understand your comment.
Hopefully, the Didact will come back either as a villain for the Chief to conquer or an anti-hero with a redemption arc.
Lmao “Die Dac”
Yeah I think he’ll be back. He was pretty pivotal imo
The lead writer didn’t like him, so he killed Die Dac off… Sorta?

No, the Didact was effectively composed, which makes perfect sense even though he was previously said to be immune. Nothing more subtle than getting blasted by like 4 different death machines.
