My challenge: “Kill 3 spartans from behind with melee attack in pvp”.
Ninja Medal: “Kill an enemy spartan by leaping over them and hitting them from with melee”.
Are these two things not the same thing? I went into FFA and got 3 ninja medals and one regular back smack, but only 1 (the back smack) counted toward my challenge. Kinda feel like Ninja (aka back smacking with style) should count.
Possible because hammer and swords don’t count as melee’s. They did in every other title but not in Infinite.
343 is really inconsistent
I noticed that last week. I do not think it does.
True, although 343 was kind of moving away from that in 5 since you would earn a medal called Sword/Hammer kill. But I think it was alongside a melee kill. Also the Hammer as 2 types of melee and the sword become a regular melee when empty.
But in this case, i was literally hitting ppl with the butt of my AR.
