I love the Hayabusa armor. I have expressed my wishes for it’s return into Halo 4 many times. But I feel like even if “many” people were to feel this way, the project leaders of Halo 4 will probably never even take into consideration this.
I know that bs angel will probably say something like “we care about our fans, we do read your suggestions.”
I know that 343i has a set plan for Halo 4 and they know what they’re going to do. Just because 1 fan wants something in the game obviously means they’re not gonna get it.
The hayabusa armor was extremely over rated back in Halo 3. I say let them continue on with their shenanigans on what kind of armor’s, Weapons, and other stuff, while we wait for the day that they will show this amazingness over.
And recon wasn’t once it was made available to the public?
It seems clear that you don’t understand why that armour was in Halo 3. Go and collect some information and you’ll see why it’s unlikely to return.
As to whether or not 343i reads the forums, more likely not. It’s a stupid idea to make decisions based on the vocal minority.

I understand why it was in Halo 3, but I want it back for Halo 4. They’ve already made merchandise of it, both McFarlane Toys and Mega Blocks. Microsoft has made money off of the Hayabusa armor.
Hayabusa will never be in another Halo game. It was a “gift” from Team Ninja because Bungie allowed them to use a Spartan in DOA4.
> Hayabusa will never be in another Halo game. It was a “gift” from Team Ninja because Bungie allowed them to use a Spartan in DOA4.
its simple copyrights that allow them to have it. Bungie had into in halo 3 for that reason and so it became part of Halo 3 protected under halo 3 copyright and bungie sold the rights to 343/MS so they can put it in if they want to.
> And recon wasn’t once it was made available to the public?
personally recon and flaming helmet should have been availible from the start. if bungie wants to show them selves off without having people beg for somethign that was meant to be theirs only they then should have taken the default mark 6 armor and wrote in on the chestplate “Bungie” that way the only way people would want it is those that want to impersonate bungie only no other reason to have it. Recon looked cool so peopel wanted it but if it was just to let people know who is bungie then that would have been better.

I liked the idea of them only having what they made for themselves. If people beg when they are not poor, then they shouldn’t get what they beg for…

ya because scamming was totally cool back then right? having Bungie mark 6 armor with Bungie written across solves everything. you cant argue aginst that. Recon caused hacking and scamming in its name to occur while bungie mark 6 armor doesnt.

ummmm no, Team Ninja and Bungie/MS had a deal. MS allowed Team Ninja to put a Halo level and character in DOA4 and Team Ninja allowed Bungie/MS to use the Hayabusa armor for one game. The terms of the deal where for one game, though who is to say they wont put up a deal again with Dead or Alive 5.
Also PLEASE never talk about copyright laws unless you actually know what you are talking about.

aww actually i do know how copyrights work and since the hayabusa armor is in Halo 3 it is protected under halo 3 copyright and since halo 3 is under halo copyrights and was given to 343 by bungie then they can put it in if they want. besides look at MW. they copyright from everyone and get away with it with copyright violations. you think Team Ninja is really gonna go through the trouble of arguing over a design that they gave to halo 3 to use that is in halo 4? Also PLEASE never talk about copyright laws unless you actually know what you are talking about.
About the suggestions as a whole:
I don’t expect 343i to implement anything that’s suggested on these forums. Sure, this forum is for speculating what will be in Halo 4, but it’ll probably ongy go as far as speculation.
Hayabusa armour? That’s the thing you choose to worry over, out of the mind-bogglingly, unknowingly large palette of delectable possibilities Halo 4 holds? You cereal?

You are not bright are you? I am really trying my best not to insult you.
I will put it in simple terms
Microsoft made a deal with team Ninja that for ONE game they where allowed to use Halo assets and ect and in exchange Bungie was allowed to use Ryu Hayabusa’s armor in Halo 3. This was a deal for only SINGLE game. As that one game is out already 343i/MS would need to strike another deal to get Hayabusa back in.

It was overrated (and annoying) in my opinion.

well when you are in college and pull all nighters then you will know why my typing is bad so humiating me would be a fail on your part. anyways no look and MW 3 it copied multiple designs actually from HF that classify as CV and you think TN is really going to care about a Spartan that looks like a ninja? TN has every right to put a spartan in there next game. Also can i see the contract that you are saying MS made a deal with? because i bet it certainly does not say for “one game” XD

You really are the most ignorant member of this forum, aren’t you?
The intellectual property that is the Hayabusa armour is held by Team Ninja. They gave Microsoft the right to use their intellectual property for one game. This doesn’t make the IP the property of Microsoft any more than buying a copy of Word makes you owner of the Microsoft Office intellectual property.

I can hardly even understand what you are trying to say, what did MW3 copy exactly that falls under copyrighted material? If you say its a game mode then just don’t respond.
