Does 343i even care for HW2 and it’s problems??

The issue below are ones that I’ve tried getting support for over the past 3-4 months, to no avail. It’s the 343i doesn’t care about HW2 anymore, despite the problems it still has, 3 years later

Issue 1: my campaign progress disappears, and I can’t get it back. I’ve tried all troubleshooting methods. Nothing works. It’s also impossible to get support from the developers.

issue 2: the game crashes probably 30% of the time when starting up or when finding a match.

these issues should be non-existent, as one basically breaks the campaign and doesn’t allow me to finish it.

343 Industries probably isn’t interested in gaming.
They’re only interested in gender issues.

I’m in the same boat you’re in. 343 has claimed to be focusing more on Halo Infinite and attempting to fix MCC…despite the fact that MCC still remains broken. I’m convinced they just care more about profits than resolving issues.

Opinion aside, you’re not the only one. I’ve repeatedly mentioned the loss of my campaign progress. I’ve tried several fixes but to no avail. I am so frustrated that they virtually abandoned support, that I’ve contemplated getting the Better Business Bureau involved. Maybe the Federal Trade Commission too. But, I doubt that any progress will be made pun intended.

Yea so they stopped updating it, guess they stopped giving attention that it needs.
