I cant remember the last time a 343i employee actually replied to a forum post. Maybe I’m just looking in the wrong areas or I don’t recognize their usernames but other than the sticky notes/constant banning of threads by moderators I haven’t really seen them interacting with the community…help?
Do they? Yes they do, but they don’t often have a big “343i” next to their post, nor do they always use one of the Admin accounts. Moderators aren’t 343i, they’re just community members who was asked to help keep the peace. And they do interact with the community, but they do tend to interact more with those who aren’t trying to spread hate and burn down the forums with hateful messages.
343i doesn’t need to reply to every single post let alone thread, if they spent their time replying to every single post/thread, they wouldn’t have enough time to do their work.
What you’ve got to remember is that the Monitors are community members themselves, not members of 343i.
Even then you have a maximum of three employees who ever step foot here, which is to the most of my knowledge the total amount of people who know what they’re doing in the company.
Seriously it’s Frankie/Jessica/Bravo/David vs Josh and the others who ‘didn’t like’ the halo formula.
May have gone off on a tangent there but; there are only really a few who will reply and they only seem to do so to general threads rather than game issues. Which is nice, i’d prefer not to see an angry outburst from a 343 member
They mainly comunicate through the other forums, such as war games feedback and matchmaking forums, but not alot.
Unless its a glaring issue, such as yesterday’s mix up on the spartan ops episode, they tend to not really get in conversations. My opinion :Don’t hold your breath to get a response for questions from 343 since a good chunk of answers are something the community already know.
We do know the read the forums based on their bulletins and their updates on the game.
They post a lot in other forums, particularly the designated feedback forums (Wargames Feedback and Matchmaking).
This is a general Halo 4 forum for the community to discusss the game so don’t expect lots of replies from 343i staff here, although they do post occasionally (you’ll see a 343 logo next to the topic in the forum list).
They do. Most often it is under the discussion portion of the weekly bulletin. Usually it is either Bravo or BS Angel. One occasion the will post a comment on the regular forums and there will be a “343” emblem to the left of the forum topic to indicate an employee commented in a thread.
