Does 343 remember these forums?

I always see 343 members posting on NeoGAF. They have these forums for a reason.

Can anyone clarify why the devs only post there, and not here?

I was wondering the same thing.

Cause they’ve been posting there for years and it seems a bit more mature there then here. Some employees do post here just not on such a frequent bases.
Bs angel and Total Sellout(David) are the most notable ones that post here.
The only ones that I see post on Neogaf is Frankie and David.
Either way its not that big of a deal. Information makes it way here. I’d rather not have a thread like the one we had like a month or so ago.

HaloGAF.

Bungie did the same thing. NEOgaf seems to be for the more “mature” working audience. You have to have a paid email address (not yahoo.com) to register to post on their forums. Thus more deb’s post there to avoid the trolls.

Also, they post there so the thread doesn’t explode with hundreds of people quoting the employee saying “this” or some other attempt of flattery.

Of course they remember these forums. bs angel, the community manager for 343i, posts here quite often, and many of the issues that I’ve seen brought up here have been reflected in matchmaking updates!

Have you seen these forum the uninhabitable by the Dev team, because there’s too many freaking whiners and hater out there if Franky started posting oon here he would be spammed almost as hard as Robert Bowling’s twitter, and IDK about you but i wouldn’t waste my time on a forum were people mindlessly bash something they know almost nothing about stay on Gaf for a couple days, you will see nothing even comes close to the hate on these forums. Seriously Be thankful the even have to courage to venture anywhere, with half of these people on these forums running around the Internet

At least Bungie staff posted on their forums occasionally. Even if it was just to troll people. That Golden Septagon next to a thread = a ton of pages in said thread.

I think members here would like 343i webteam/staff just to interact with us occasionally, not answer every question under the sun (it would be nice, but let’s be realistic fellas) That’s where the frustration comes from. I personally find it quite amusing.

So we can have the quote storms b/c one 343i member posted on the forums? As long as I don’t see any cat pics I won’t object.

Yeah it would’ve nice for some interactions. Maybe, when more info is out for public consumption, they will be more intteeactive with us. I doubt it but maybe lol.

Heretic. Pictures of cats is part of the backbone of the internet.

Shadow, perhaps. We’ll see.

bsangel has posted in several of my forums i have created answering my questions, and i message her from here and there and she always get back to me. She obviously cares so i dont know what your talking about

They go in several forums to get ideas from outside the actual Halo forums for various reasons.
