I’ll tell you, people have a lot of threads over there that are very hostile towards the choices they made with custom games and forge.
I just beat the campaign, and I think it was an awesome game. BUT really, they did mess up custom games a lot. I hope they do read stuff from their forum, lists of improvements.
Anyone know?
Their known to post over at NeoGaf. Other than the occasional Mod, I don’t think I’ve seen more than a handful of 343 comments since July.
They do. However, I go by the idea that if you are posting just to see 343’s direct response to you is a really dumb way of putting of looking into it.
They do not look into the game’s problems in Halo 4’s general forum often for problems. If you, or anyone, want to post concerns in Multiplayer, do so in the Optimatch forum. That’s where they go to read.
Of course they read it, they just don’t post. The second they would make a post all you would see is OMG 343 U GUYS SUCK THIS GAME IS TRASH etc. 343i did a great job listening to the community when they took over Reach, and I’m positive they will do the same here.
They used to post a lot last year, back when the Waypoint community was just starting to take off. It was a good community back then, though. Don’t get me wrong; there are still decent people posting on here but the forums are beginning to overflow with idiots now.
Also, I’ll agree with you on Custom Games. I was expecting more options, not less. Hopefully they can be added through title updates. If not, then we’ll just have to be really vocal (and constructive, don’t forget that very important thing) and hope that they improve Custom Games and Forge in Halo 5.

I doubt it. They claim that BS Angel reads them. But lets be honest – she is one person and mostly reads the threads she starts. Not enough time in a day.
Well, once you skip past the “man this game sux” and “DMR is op” you would only then be reading about 5 posts a day. So maybe she does read all the posts here.
Honestly, game is too good to sit here and read forum all day. I rather be out playing Halo 4.
343i knows how to make a good game. MLG seems it hate on it from what I’ve been reading in posts here. Yet to read one where MLG wanna-bes say they enjoy the game. But that’s cause the game is more level now and skill is more important than ever. Knowing the exploits and glitches will only get you so far in Halo 4. Gone are the days of weapon camping and instant respawns allow people to really show who is best now.
343i did insane job with this game. Best Halo I played and I played them all.
I think people in general are too negative about the game. 343 did an awesome job on the campaign, and on all aspects of the multiplayer I think. They made some cuts in custom games, but it’s no reason to hate them.
Well not trying to burst your bubble but this is not the actual halo community these are the drama queens and whiners who are complaining so dont worry.
