Does 343 know about the file share issue...?

So, the file share hasn’t been working for a LONG time now. As far as I can tell, there are posts dating back to 2016 about this issue.
Like everyone, I haven’t been able to upload/download files because it keeps giving me the error message “file could not be transferred.” Oddly enough, I can download files from other file shares, but not my own. But I still can’t upload. Is 343 ever going to at least address this issue???

i hope so. i made a lot of dope pictures that i cant upload

Of course not, they only care about halo 5. Hell, they barely pay any attention to halo 4 or even the master chief collection.

Yes, Achievement seems a bit broken.
