Does 343 even read our topics?

It was recently brought to my attention that all the moderators are volunteers, not Devs or actual employees of 343. So how do we know 343 is actually listening or they care?

One of my commenters on another post said nothing big will be added since the numbers of people playing dropped below 100k, so there wouldn’t be any profit. I have not been able to verify this, or the number of people playing.

either way, it upsets me greatly, because the game has only been out for a few months, and already I’m left with the impression that 343 stopped caring.

i.e., MCC all over again.

They do, they don’t post often but they certainly do lurk. Forum team responds in the support forums, one of the test engineers often helps out with Halo Channel issues and Josh Holmes has stopped by the Halo 5 forums to answer a bunch of questions.
