To me it seems they are either really blind to their actions or they actually enjoy destroying Halo. Some examples:
Maps: Halo in the begginning had a nice blend of large medium and small maps. What does 343 do? Make 90% large maps and alienate the small map fans. I remember
being told “Just wait for the 1st DLC it will have all small maps” and then the DLC flopped.
Playlists: Halo has always had some of the best playlist slections. What does 343 do? Leave out fan favorite playlists like Doubles, objective, and Snipers. Then when they do add them in tehy make them rotational while leaveing in failed lists like Regicide. Then to top it off they split up objective games and make sperate lists for Oddball, KotH, and CTF which just wastes playlists spots when they should be all in one.
Ranking system: Since halos beginning on Xbox Live the vast majority has loved the traditional 1-50. Obviously Bungie tried to take it out and had massive backlash. So waht does 343 do? Leave it out and instead put in some “every kid gets a trophy” ranking system. Botch the ranking system in HalO MCC and add a COD League System for halo 5. This is really the most WTF thing so far. I mean not only would they make their job easier by making a simple 1-50 but they would also please the fans. Guess they want pissed off fans and a hard job.
SAs/AAs: Some AAs like Thruster and hologram are bearable. All people ask is that you make these less dominant so what does 343 do? Add in Promethian vision in halo 4 and Add in -Yoinking!- Ground pound in Halo 5.
The Small things: Halo has always been about skilled jumping to scale objects. So what does 343 do? Add Clamber. Halo fans have always said ADS should never be added to Halo so whjat does 343 do? Add ADS
I mean I just don’t understand. It seems at literally EVERY TURN 343 is going against what halo fans want. It’s like they think they know what is best yet their first game proved they do not. And I’m not even touching sprint which is arguably the worst gameplay mechanic 343 is leaveing in. They just prove time and time again that they cannot lead this franchise. I cannot wait until after Halo 6. Hopefully Microsoft does away with 343 and actually gets someone competent enough to make a good Halo game while listening to fans.

It was a chaotic and extremely fast paced take on FFA, it was great fun and you have to be the better player to survive every one coming at you while having the bounty. So, it actually challenged the better player more.

LMFAO Why do people think that jsut because a profile shows they have no history with a game that it means there is no way they could have ever played the game? Maybe just MAYBE I had a different account during that time 2 years ago.
And I like how you say “If he is the better player he could handle the other 7 going for him.” Dude even pros can’t handle 7 people all trying to chase and kill them at once. That gametype was specifically designed to lessen the skill gap and make it easier for noobs to do better. I mean really you reward the best player by putting a friggin arrow over their head how dumb is that
I’m pretty sure Monitor Chakas just cares for his Installation… although he may have a certain acknowledgement of the others, due to protocol…
But seriously 343 Industries are not ruining the Halo Franchise; they simply are expanding and experimenting… testing the waters of the fanbase and gameplay… and trimming the fat as they see fit. In order for Halo to continue for an ambitious 30 more years, I’d say something needs to change from the original product.
