Does 343 Care about it's Halo 4 Community?

Consider this:

We are the Core Community of Halo 4, the real fans who take the time to voice our concerns.

Now consider this:

To find this 1 and only place to voice our concerns, we must first somehow know about a “halowaypoint.com” than we must hit the “community tab” then the very last very small tab is “forums”… How did I find the forums? I searched Google “Halo 4 Stats”, and than was like “oh…this is their site…”

What does that mean to you?

To me it means…“we don’t care about our community”

-Side Note: Also, remember how “we were blamed” for not receiving codes? Well, it seems only those who cared enough (knew how to get here) were able to receive a code through an XBL message…what about the tens of thousands of others who did not? They just don’t get a code I suppose. (1 being my friend who doesn’t care to use the forums)

His words exatly: “so everyone else can rank up, but I won’t be able to? -Yoink-” He has not played since…

This is True that 343 has had a recent slip up with their codes and yes they have not advertised their website enough. However, 343 is new to taking over Bungie’s job they are still green at it and they will get better. It will take some time, but yes they do care about their community. They understand that this community is what holds them up but there is only so much they can do at one time. Just give them time things will get better.

Not true. My friend doesn’t even know what a forum is and received his code through XBL.

They do care, but any time that a dev decides to post on this forum it quickly is buried and forgotten due to the thousands of complainers on this site.

Google ‘Halo 4’ or just ‘Halo’

> than we must hit the “community tab” then the very last very small tab is “forums”

We are a part of the community, so it’s obvious. If you’ve used the internet for more than a year, finding the forums should be deliciously easy.

Google is your best friend.

343i cares, a lot. This is their first real game. Think for a second. Very first game. Now consider that this is Halo, one of the biggest gaming franchises gaming history. 343i is still newbies, and this was in a way a learning experience. Look at the bulletins, the tweets, bs angel’s posts, etc. They do care.

Google Halo 4 or just Halo does not lead you to this site.
