I’ve noticed a trend in the support forums where if people go and say something happened like let’s say I say I lost all my permanent items but I have not lost then 343 will be all over it proving me wrong within the hour. However if you have an actual problem such as not recieving a produce you pay for then they will ignore the post and if you try bringing it back up in nearly any form you get banned.
Anyone else notice this trend? They only listen when what seems to be half the fan base begs for months about something.
