It’s fixable, lock them in right away and lose mmr for quiting. It will really help with those that only want to play lower levels for one. And those that are lower levels will stay even lower and hopefully match with who they should be.
I do not understand. I even see top streamers and top ranks do it just so they play lower levels and drive them away from the game. Making the community even smaller.
I played a ton of 3v3 today. And we would get 5 dodgers out of 6 ever single time. Searching for 10 minutes at least to get a game. I can say after 8 straight hours of play that it’s a major problem.
Reminds me of the halo wars 1 back button check see general quit.
How do you expect to get better if you never play better people? You should use it to learn. And to the Dodgers worried about your rank. Suck it up. Ya you <mark>REDACTED</mark>.
Hope it gets fixed. Like to see you guys lose mmr for it.

Majority of the players who bought the season pass, not all players. This is not a free leader

While its not a free leader, I have a suspicion, that most players will make the purchase if they continue to play halo wars 2.
That being said balancing the game will be free and should take a massive priority, id wager a bigger priority than new dlc.

I’ve beaten some top players before and the next time they match up vs me and my friends they dodge. Clearly to avoid the embarrassing loss a second time… LMAO

If you mean the fix that Ske7ch referred to (in the thread linked below), that was in regards to dodging causing some players to be reset to Onyx 1500 from Champion.
I think a fix for dodging itself is also being worked on also, but I don’t think there’s an ETA yet.

Ya it probably won’t. But if everyone played ranked and played it to play in the proper rank among their piers and skill level they would probably have more fun.

not when the newbs are getting turned off by a game where they have no idea but the loser champions dodge and feast on the new comers, how do they expect the game to grow when newbs are getting smashed right out the gate?

Yes agreed. I love when you beat someone and then after they just keep dodging you. I don’t get it. I usually always want a rematch after a loss, I revile in the fact I might redeem the loss.

it’s not the 90s or early to mid 2000’s anymore, everyone is so non competitive i guess this is the repercussions of giving kids participation awards
