In the definition of the rail gun they call it a coil gun. Are the people there stupid or something seriously. And before you say that the Rail gun is a coil gun. Well, that is a rifle round. It’s pretty much an AK round and an SKS round, and is only a hair smaller than an SVD or Mosin round. You gonna tell me that the Mosin ain’t no rifle?

Well judging from the size of the magazine that is used for the AR it seems very unlikely it would use 7.62x51mm it would use something smaller and more common to smaller bull pup rifles.
