Do your Deaths get effected when in Living dead?

So i like to play Living Dead alot but whenever i am a zombie i get killed by people hiding in rooms etc. So i dont go killing people while i am a zombie only because i dont want my K/D to go bad. So anyway does it affect my Deaths when dying in Living dead ?

and yes they do, even when you get betrayed by lame people for no reason.

Ehh i hate getting betrayed by team mates >__<

Yes, theres nothing worse than trying to save your K/D by playing hard and a troll spawns right on you (when you are a zombie) and slices you. Or when others get mad cus you are taking all the kills as a human.
