no because it was confusing i was worried about my true skill rank then my actual rank and it is weird in my opinion to have two ranks even though it was nice to see how well some one was at a specific mode. but i think i would be happier if it was not added.
They are adding a 1-50 rank system next year so it doesn’t matter if people want it or not, it’s happening.
It wasn’t perfect, but it I liked it a hell of a lot more than this grinding we have now.
i want it back right now!!!

Not really. It’ll be hidden away on a website with most people who play not even seeing it or knowing it’s there.
The only thing I don’t like about the current system is the fact that I get matched against people who are higher level than me and have better equipment. I assume it is because I am at their skill level, but I have had some really poor games recently as I really don’t have the level of experience with the game or gear required to win yet.

No thanks. Ranking systems are always flawed in some way or another, Halo has never been the exception to this rule. Have one, don’t have one, it doesn’t matter. Play the game and have fun.
I want the old Halo 2/3 rank system back. Where it wasn’t all cumulative. Where when you lost, your rank went down. Why? Because winning made you feel good, and when you lost, you had something to prove to yourself to get back up there.
Too many butt hurt casuals would complain about it these days though.
