I miss scaring the -Yoink- out of my friends in customs by laughing down the mic pretending to be a pyromaniac while lobbing firebombs in every direction…

it would b even better if you could get the cea bandana skull in campaign and that plus firebomb grenades = AWESOME!!!
Fundamentally the grenade is no different than a plasma grenade, and I’ve always preferred keeping the sandbox simple as opposed to filling each niche with multiple of the same device.
Still, there’s forge, and custom games. And it would be very cool to see them even replace plasma grenades on a map or two. And for campaign, burning stuff is never going to get old.
Yes, I have not had my share of fire nades in halo 3. I want to burn something and here the sound the sound of the flames impacting an object with rage B)! Burn! Woosh!
They should keep it, but maybe have more of an AoE, and longer lasting but with less damage so it can be used to smother an area for 10 seconds, EG in CTF to cover the flag runner or to cover choke points to flank.
Oh and we all like fire :3
