Maybe not in Halo 4 but what about Halo 5? Sometime in the Reclaimer Trilogy.
Thel and John just have a special connection and I would hate to see that dropped.

It depends.
If wherever John’s headed is uber secluded, then I doubt the Elites, as such a state they’re in, will be able to head out that far.
Would be good if he does make a return.
(For those who say: NO COVIES!!! be quiet… elites left the covies and theyr colour is blue not purple most of the time
I would love to see the Arbiter again, be it in the Reclaimer trilogy itself or in an ODST sized expansion.

How’d you already get a copy of Halo4? I didn’t even know they finished it yet. jk
You really think the entire game is just going to be chief and Cortana walking around killing things, ONLY chief and Cortana?? Seems like a pretty dull game, sure its going to go deeper in to their relationship but that doesn’t mean their the only two characters in the game. I’m thinking at the latest it will be the third mission where well get another good guy, maybe someone to play along with or like in Halo2 it could show a member of the enemies as he or she gets turned good, somehow we will see more people, a story with two good characters is a pretty dull story.

Yes!!
I don’t want to see the Arbiter again in Halo 4, it’s too soon. Maybe at the end of Halo 5 or in Halo 6. And although we know that we’ll be seeing some UNSC, I still want John and Cortana to be alone for a good part of Halo 4.
I think it would be interesting to wee how it would be done but i doubt his apearence through out the trilogy
yes but i’d like to see Rtas (the Spec Ops Commander) as well in haalo 4 5 and 6

343 has announced the new UNSC drop-ship vehicle, as well as saying they have created new weapons.

The Arbiter would be awesome! He and Master Chief make an awesome duo.

I don’t think there’ll be a new Arbiter for a while.
Thel was the best friend you could ever have in the Halo 3 campaign. He must return!
Here’s a list of why he was my best buddy :
-endless supply of swords
-kills enemies for you
-can be given any weapon
-useful as bait
-good aim with Gauss hog turret
-clones
-dramatic lines and action noise effects
-preternatural abilities
-2 Arby’s in cutscene
-hard to stop him from killing Covies
-killing machine
-Flood cleansing machine
-messing with him for fun
-being one shotted by him
-watching him being sent flying some distance by combat forms
When used properly, he’s rarely inept.
If starting The Ark from rally point bravo, give Arby the sword, push him to the edge at the cartographer, and kill him before activating the terminal so his body falls to the place you fight the Chieftain. Then when you go down, Arby will kill the Brute Chieftain, the Jackals, and the Brute Stalkers.
Yep, Arbiter is an action figure, my own joy and toy. A really, really badass one.

Err… No… I don’t know where you get your supposed info, but they never said anything about a new UNSC dropship and they most certainly haven’t shown anything regarding multiplayer yet, let alone what some maps look like.
And yes, there will be new weapons, but we saw that when the game was announced and every new Halo game has had new weapons. It’s like saying that the game will have new maps and a new story.
