I wish too, because the aiming while using legacy thumbstick layout is broke.

Honestly though, something I would like even more is a preset that is identical to Halo: Reach controls. I wish every halo did this, like Halo 3 would have a Halo 2 preset, or Halo Reach would have a Halo 3 preset, and so on…

I use the xim4, bc in am long time PC player. I can’t aim with the pad.

I use XiM4 to ease the pain of arthritic hands. Crazy set up. I use an analog arcade stick to move and have some buttons mapped to a custom made foot pedal. It was a hassle to get to this point. But… I’m play almost completely pain free. Almost :frowning:

My performance hasn’t changed over the years. I switched to XiM during Halo 3. If you are good with a controller you may see no increase in performance at all. Remember, console games are built for toggles. Lots of helpers.

It’s an external device, kind of like the Cronus Max. It lets you use controllers on other systems they aren’t for. Example is that I could use my X1 controller on the 360, or vice versa, and even use them on a PS3/4.

I am able to use my 360 race wheel on X1!!!
